Fished with Charlie week my son moved to Tampa. He knew my son was A if fisherman so he took a lot of time to show him patterns and talk techniques and seasons. We caught fish and learned a lot about the bay. Highly recommend

Another great outing with Ebb & Flow Charters! Charlie is as knowledgeable as they come, always puts us on fish, can fish for about anything you want depending on the season, and has great equipment and a perfect boat to fish from. You won't be dissappointed!

Captain Charlie is a local fish man who was born and raised in Tampa Bay. He knows the secret spots that you almost hard to not get hooked. Very friendly and easy going. We caught over 20 fish with various species.
